Dear Fiesta Family,

We are writing to let you know that after 7 years on Main Avenue, my husband and I have made the difficult decision to close Fiesta on 7 (formerly Fiesta Express). We are so grateful for your patronage, loyalty and support while we followed in the footsteps of my parents and served our Peruvian food and culture to Fairfield County.

In 7 years, we have welcomed another son and triplet girls, (bringing us to a tribe of 5 children), lived through a pandemic, endured a turbulent time in the hospitality industry and balanced our corporate lives with small business ownership and raising this very large family. We feel blessed for every moment… and while we are sad to be closing our doors, we are excited to have more time to devote to our family.

While this is the end of the road for Fiesta on 7, it is not the end for your Fiesta Favorites! My parents and sister and brother in law still own their respective Fiesta Restaurants in Norwalk and Stamford. We hope you will continue to enjoy your Fiesta Favorites there!

As a very special announcement, our Fiesta on 7 chef, Ubaldo, is venturing out on his own and opening up his own Peruvian restaurant. Ubaldo is a beloved employee and friend of ours. We wish him the very best of luck with his new restaurant Rico Peru Restaurant and we hope that you will show he and his family the same support and love for Peruvian food as you have shown us all of these years. Being a small business owner is no easy feat these days— so from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting small business!

Wishing you all the best, Fiesta Family. Thank you for a memorable seven years!
